Readers Favorite Review:
Daniel Saynuk does a wonderful job in his book, "Guide Doggie: Learn How Guide Dogs Help the Blind In This Coloring Book.” He helps the reader understand the importance of a guide dog and the benefit he provides to someone who is blind. The dogs start training as puppies, and through hand signals, voice commands, rewards and praise the owner can help the dog to know what they would like for them to do. The dog is trained to be very sensitive to the owner and to offer protection. They must remain focused even when other animals or people are trying to get their attention. They are trained so that the owner is dependent upon them and needs their full support. The owner in return offers lots of praise, as well as treats and brushes the dog's fur.

This book not only offers a very well written story, it is also a coloring book and fill-in-the-blank book. At the end of the book is a crossword puzzle, a word search and a word jumble puzzle. This would be a very entertaining book for a child to work through as well as provide valuable information concerning the duties of a guide dog and their benefit to someone who is blind.
